2. Eligibility & Account/Registration Integrity
To register as an athlete, club, coach, or official, or to apply for a Belt Promotion Test (Color/Black Belt) or Kukkiwon certification, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration forms.
- Maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it accurate.
- Submitting fraudulent documents or false achievement histories will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of registration, and potential disciplinary action by the OTA executive committee.
3. Event Registration and Fee Payments
- Registrations: Submitting an event registration form or a No Objection Certificate (NOC) application does not guarantee automatic acceptance. All applications are subject to verification by OTA officials.
- Fees: Any fees associated with athlete registration, club affiliations, tournament entries, or Dan/Color belt promotion tests must be paid through the official channels designated by OTA.
- Refunds: All fees paid through the website for registrations or examinations are non-refundable unless an event is permanently cancelled by the association.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Important Notice: Taekwondo is a martial art involving physical contact, rigorous training, and inherent risks of physical injury.
- By using this portal to register for championships, training camps, or promotional exams, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
- The Odisha Taekwondo Association, its executive members, officials, referees, and organizers shall not be held liable for any physical injuries, damages, or losses sustained by athletes or participants during events registered through this platform.
- Parents or legal guardians must complete registrations on behalf of minors (athletes under 18 years of age) and assume full responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including the OTA logo, text, graphics, design layout, official lists, notifications, and media in our Gallery/Selfie Zone—is the property of the Odisha Taekwondo Association.
- You may download or print official forms (like NOC or Kukkiwon applications) for your personal, non-commercial use within the scope of OTA activities.
- You may not replicate, modify, or use our official logo or media assets for unauthorized commercial purposes without explicit written consent from the OTA management.
6. Third-Party Links & External Certifications
